We strive for you to have a pleasant stay with us. As in every home, for a pleasant coexistence and that we can all fulfill our expectations as host and guests, we need to set some basic standards not difficult to meet.
NOSMOKING allowed inside the house. Smoking only in the outside areas of the house.
If it is detected that you have smoked inside rooms or any interior area, a surcharge of X Euros will be applied for breaching this house rule and covering expenses to eliminate unwanted odors caused by this activity.
NO pets are allowed inside the house. We love animals, in fact, we have pets ourselves. But because of hygienic reasons we do not allow any kind of animals in the accommodation.
No parties are allowed in the house. For any extra activity to the normal accommodation of the people planned to stay you should consult us.
The house is delivered with an inventory of equipment, utensils and appliances available for your stay, as well as its replacement value in case of breakage.
In case of any loss or damage of any elements of the house, the cost will be deducted from the deposit made. In the event that the value of the deposit is exceeded, an invoice will be issued for payment by the person who made the reservation.
Repeated non-compliance with these rules may lead to immediate cessation of accommodation.
